Hi, I’m Samantha Alaniz, LPC-Associate, owner of Grateful Mind Counseling PLLC and I am a Latina therapist located in McAllen, Texas.

I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck especially in patterns like people-pleasing, emotional reactivity, and relationship challenges.
